The service
Aragya Infotech Private Limited provides Campunix, software for running an educational institution's admissions, fees, attendance, results and parent communication, as described on this site.
Your account
The institution that signs up is responsible for who it gives access to and for what they do. Keep logins personal; tell us at once if one is compromised.
Your data
It remains yours. We process it only to provide the service and as the privacy policy describes. You can export it at any time and have it deleted when you leave.
Payments
Online fee collection runs on the institution's own payment-provider account under that provider's terms. Campunix does not hold, route or settle fees.
Messages
The institution is responsible for the content and lawfulness of messages it sends through Campunix and for holding any consent the law requires. Per-message platform charges are passed through at the rates shown on the pricing page.
Fees and term
Subscription fees are as quoted in writing, payable annually in advance, exclusive of GST. Either side may end the subscription at the end of a paid period; we will keep your data available for export for 90 days after.
Availability and support
We aim for the service to be available at all times and tell you about planned maintenance in advance. Support is by email and WhatsApp on working days.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud or for anything the law does not allow to be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at New Delhi.
