Questions schools ask us.
Does it work for CBSE, ICSE and state boards?
Yes. Report cards follow CBSE's terms and grading by default, and we set up your board's grading scale and terms during onboarding.
Do parents need to install an app?
No. Parents get a link on WhatsApp that opens their child's fees, attendance, homework and results. Families not on WhatsApp get SMS.
Where does the fee money go?
Straight to the school's bank, through the school's own Razorpay, Cashfree or PayU account. Campunix only learns that a payment happened.
Can we start with only fees or only admissions?
Yes. Many schools start with admissions and fees and switch on attendance, exams and the rest when they are ready. It is one system, so nothing is typed twice later.
How do we move our data in?
Send the class list and fee sheet you already keep. The importer maps the columns, shows you what it will load, and the school is live in a day.
We have several branches. Does that work?
Today each branch runs as its own school with its own staff and fees. A dashboard across branches for the owner is on the way.
Is the AI sending messages on its own?
Only if you let it. Each AI feature is off, on review, or automatic, chosen by the school, and every AI message is labelled.
What does it cost?
₹15,000 a year for schools up to 500 students, ₹150 per student a year above that, and no setup fee. WhatsApp messages are passed through at cost.
