The ones every principal asks
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. You send a class list and a fee structure, and we set up a working demo before you pay anything.
- What does WhatsApp cost?
- Meta charges per message. Utility messages such as fee reminders and absence alerts cost about ₹0.12 each in India; we pass them through at roughly ₹0.20 to cover delivery tracking and retries. A typical parent receives 20 or so a month.
- Do you hold our fee money?
- Never. Online payments run on your school's own Razorpay, Cashfree or PayU account and settle to your bank. We only learn that a payment happened.
- Where is our data stored?
- In India, in the Mumbai region. Children's data under the DPDP rules stays here.
- Can we cancel?
- Yes, at any time. Your data is exported for you on request.
- Is pricing final?
- This is introductory pricing while we onboard the first schools, and it is locked for a year once you sign. Design partners — schools that help shape the product — get half off the first year.
